Grounds and Gardens

These are there for the enjoyment of all residents. All outside areas are not individually owned. Property ownership finishes at your front door. However enhancement of the estate can be beneficial, as it has proved in the past. Before making any alterations, be aware that this could result in additional costs to the owner. Moving forward, please consult Purple Property if you have any suggestions of how this can continue, before going ahead independently.

It is an ongoing project to improve the appearance  of the grounds, and any future suggestions for improvement would be encouraged and open to discussion.

Garden Furniture

This should be stored as close to your property as possible and preferably not left on grassed areas as this becomes an obstacle for the gardeners, particularly during the grass cutting season.

Pots, garden ornaments, children’s play equipment

If garden plant pots are  placed immediately  outside individual properties they should be well maintained to enhance the estate. If they are left in a neglected state for a period of time they should be removed.

Laundry

Laundry should not be dried or left outside individual properties. There are two communal areas for outside drying of your laundry,  please use for this purpose only and remove as soon as possible after drying.

Pets

Dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times on the Estate. Any mess must be cleared up immediately ,as required by law.

Please be mindful of where you allow your dog to urinate and defecate eg. not on lawned areas close to property as it can become unpleasant for residents who wish to sit outside.

Cats

Please be aware of your cat and where they defecate as this can be equally as offensive. Indoor litter trays are preferable in this environment.
