Pergola
This is for shared use of residents for rest and relaxation, gatherings are permitted and encouraged but please be aware of other residents whilst using this area.
Barbeques are discouraged in the pergola area itself, although the adjacent paved area would be suitable. Any movement of pergola furniture should be replaced after use. Please remove any items from your gathering etc after use. This is an area for everyone to use and enjoy.
Tennis courts
There are tennis courts available for use by the residents for tennis only. Keys can be obtained from Purple Property for a small returnable deposit. Please ensure the courts are secured when you leave.
Note: Tenants need to apply for a key via their landlord.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open from 1st May until the end of September. The pool is classed as a commercial pool and therefore has to adhere to strict Health and Safety guidance.
Keys can be obtained from Purple Property for a small returnable deposit.
All users of the pool are asked to read and sign an agreement that they have read and understood the rules for use. Any abuse of the rules could lead to keys being withdrawn.
Each key holder may be accompanied by no more than 2 non resident guests (as a point of clarification; a dwelling with multiple occupants can only take 2 additional guests with them, who must be accompanied at all times).
