Keswick Hall Residents Association is a limited company where all property owners are shareholders. Directors are appointed to oversee the management of the Estate.They are custodians of all the land around the estate on behalf of the owners of the lease. Their role includes:
- Identifying and agreeing the annual budget requirements and collecting the service charges.
- Ensuring all legal obligations are met.
- Maintenance of the Three leasehold blocks.
- Grounds
- Lighting
- Waste management
- Maintenance and improvement of other facilities such as swimming pool, tennis courts, car parks, bike sheds and internal roads and pathways.
Purple Property is employed to act on behalf of the Directors to oversee and manage the implementation of all works on the estate.
An AGM is held for shareholders every year when the Directors and Purple Property report on the Financial Statements and any major future works planned for the Estate.
In the deeds of your property you will have an explanation of your obligation as an owner or tenant of that property, these are known as the Deed of Covenant which include the Restrictive Covenants covering your property and the estate. Please ensure that you have read and understood the rights and responsibilities that you have as an owner/resident.

It is not the Directors of KHRA or any of their sub – contractors.
There are 189 dwellings plus offices, in the surroundings of a communal shared space.

Defibrillator
There is a defibrillator on site at the bike sheds on the West Car Park. Instructions for use are held on the unit itself. When the defibrillator is opened, there is an automated voice giving instructions.
